Star Awards 2009. Officially ended!

Im sure majority of the Singaporeans would stay home to watch this interesting and important show for all mediacorp celebrities. Its just a must-watch event for all Singaporeans, the awards given respresent encouragement for all the actors/actresses/hosts etc. Time really flies before you can say "oops!". A number of veteran stars have already gotten 10 awards and they are officially the 'Retired' stars, why are they doing this is because they want the chances to be given to the new and younger stars..
Well, that's talk about the nominees and the winner of each category.

Best Actor -- Chen Han Wei
I thought Qi Yu Wu or Pierre Png could get this award as Little Nyonya popularity is heating up the whole Singapore.
Best Actress -- Joanne Peh
A really BIG surprise. Joanne actually get this award. Jeanette must be a bit upset for not getting this important award but im sure its a great encouragment for Joanne as its the first time getting the Best Actress award. Jiayou!
Best Supporting Actor -- Zhou Chu Ming
I really love his acting somehow, very dedicated. Although he's not in his perfect health, he still wants people to know that he's alroght and promised that he'll recover 1 day. we all hope so.
Best Supporting Actress -- Xiang Yun & Ng Hui
First time ever, there are two winners! But its also a good choice as when Xiang Yun's name was called as the winner, im a bit sad but when i heard that there's another winner, i hope that Eelyn or Ng Hui can get the second chance and Ng Hui's named was called, so surprise, her acting in Little Nyonya was just amazing, so as Eelyn.
Best Newcomer -- Dai Yang Tian
Dai Yang Tian is getting hotter and hotter by fame and his acting is still not bad so i think getting the Best Newcomer award is no surprise.
Best Variety Programme -- 心晴大动员
Best Variety Host -- Guo Liang.
Best News Reporter -- Tong Su Hua.
Best Variety Special -- Belinda Lee.
